Co-Founder

Welcome to the Learning Ladder Family, I am Sanam Kubra Siddiqui, Co-Founder of the Learning Ladder Daycare.

With 20-years’ experience, as a development and education sector professional, I have worked in the school, NGO and corporate sectors, in various capacities. From the development of projects to implementation, I have worked across a range of projects and programs, over the course of my career. Having been intricately involved in rights-based projects, and studies pertaining to human rights issues, particularly women’s rights and child rights, I have worked with children and students in developing community projects and developing self-awareness techniques and skills.

Over the last decade I have worked in the capacity of a trainer and a consultant for various children, school, teachers and women centered programs and projects. My core competencies include research & report development, project development & implementation, and community mobilization & training, with a passion for education and child rights.

All children are unique and possess skills and capabilities, which if nurtured in the right environment, will foster creativity and critical thinking which are essential for their success.

During my tenure as an educator in Canada spanning 8 years, I have had the privilege of nurturing young minds aged 1 to 5 years old using the renowned Montessori method. I have specialized in the Montessori method, crafting syllabi and tracking progress for children aged 1 to 5.

My passion for fostering holistic development and a love for learning fuels my excitement to be a part of Learning Ladder Daycare as an educational consultant. I’m eager to bring my expertise to this vibrant community, enriching the educational experience for our little learners every step of the way.

Let’s embark on this journey of growth and discovery together!
